What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a prosthetic replacement for a missing tooth. Natural teeth consist of the crown and the root. The crown is the visible section that is covered with white enamel. Supporting the crown is the tooth root which extends into the jawbone. The root is the part of the tooth that is effectively replaced by an implant.
There are commonly three parts to what is described as an implant — the implant device itself (which is inserted directly into the bone), the abutment — the piece that connects the implant device to the third part — the overlying crown or denture. Today’s implants are predominantly made of titanium, a metal that is bio-compatible and offers strength and durability as well as a unique property that allows it to fuse directly to bone — the process known as osseointegration.

FASTBRACES
FASTBRACES® Technologies, a true American original, is celebrating its quarter of a century anniversary of helping dentists straighten teeth now in almost 50 countries. Teeth are crooked because they didn’t erupt properly and came in tilted, sideways, overlapping or spaced apart and, as a result, they are not upright. FASTBRACES® Technologies high performance bracket systems upright the roots of the teeth from the beginning of treatment with just one square wire by torquing and tipping them from the very first appointment. Treatment time for comprehensive orthodontic therapy should take more than 120 days with the FASTBRACES® CLASSIC™ SERIES™ and could take less than 120 days for non-deep bite cases with the FASTBRACES® TURBO™ SERIES™, depending on the patient cooperation and clinical experience of the treating dentist.
FASTBRACES® is for teenagers and adults who are looking to straighten their teeth quickly with quality results without cutting corners for speed or compromising treatment. This affordable technology, used in countries all over the world, has been around since 1992 and is available in discreet tooth-colored aesthetic clear or metal braces that enable dentists to complete treatments really fast even in about 100 days safely, easily, and comfortably. That’s because the technology behind FASTBRACES® revolutionary innovations and patented methods utilizes uniquely designed brackets to work with only one high-tech super elastic wire from start to finish that helps restore the morphology of healthy bone around the crooked teeth as they become straight.
KöR Power Whitening
KöR is widely recognized as the world’s most effective whitening system – with no need for lights or lasers. KöR offers cost-effective solutions from phenomenal home whitening for average patients, to astonishing treatment of tetracycline cases — and everything in-between.
Though no in-office-only whitening system is scientifically capable of predictable, long-lasting results, KöR’s In-Office Power Whitening system, with constant refrigeration and Tri-Barrel delivery system, greatly enhances the ability to rapidly penetrate tooth microstructure and provide the most effective in-office whitening possible.
This option may be used for patients who object to wearing whitening trays at home; however they should understand that whitening results of any in-office-only power whitening system are more unpredictable than other options and may need to be repeated in the future to maintain whiteness.
Treatment: In-office whitening visit utilizing KöR 34% Dual-Activated, Tri-Barrel Hydremide Peroxide gel with retractors and paint-on gingival barrier.
